Dubai, the city of major global health events 

For the next few years, 99 international meetings are planned, mainly medical-scientific, orthopedic, endocrinologists and pharmaceuticals


Not just beaches, sea, sun and fun with great attractions such as Burj Khalifa, the tallest skyscraper in the world, Dubai as well as being one of the most fascinating tourist destinations in the world and strategic hub for international business, has become the center world of global events also in the health field.

Meetings and Congresses in the health field

Over the next few years, the city will host 99 international gatherings, mainly medical-scientific, orthopedists, endocrinologists and pharmaceuticals which, according to government agencies, will attract 77,000 delegates. 

Among the scheduled events: the Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Annual Convention (2022), IFOS ENT World Congress, from 17 to 21 January 2023 aimed at sharing knowledge and understanding of OHNS diseases and their treatment, the World Confederation for Physical Therapy from 2 to 4 June 2023, and in 2024 the Congress of Asia Pacific Orthopedic Association e the International Congress of Endocrinology

In the wake of the success of Expo 2020 Dubai which has hosted over 24 million visitors, the events will further strengthen the country's tourism and hospitality sector and solidify the emirate's position as a leading destination not only for tourism, but also for business.
