The world of the cosmetics and body wellness industry met in Dubai for the 25th edition of Beautyworld Middle East, the world largest international fair in the Middle East region dedicated to beauty and Wellness set by Messe Frankfurt, world leader in the organization of trade fairs, events and congresses.

From 5th to 7th October 2021 Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) hosted over 900 international exhibitors from from 52 countries e 17 national pavilions that with products, services and workshops have shown, to thousands of visitors, the latest news and trends in the beauty and wellness sector.
Among the pavilions also Italia Pavilion which brought together 57 Italian companies "Divided between Italian collective and individual participation" as said by Dr. Ina Ridolfo, Trade manager for trade fairs and consumer goods Messe Frankfurt Italy.
The 25th edition of Beautyworld Middle East has put the spotlight on innovation, sustainability, technologies and new trends to celebrate the return to presence after more than a year of pandemic from Covid-19.

The Beautyworld Middle East 2021 dedicated to wellness, perfumes, beauty and hair products, divided into seven sectors: from Beauty tech, cosmetics and skincare, personal care and hygiene, machinery and raw materials, hair products, to fragrances and natural and organic products, represents a showcase of innovations and a meeting place and opportunity for companies and professionals in the cosmetics and body wellness sector.

A new era of beauty combined with technology
It belongs to a section dedicated to revolutionary innovation. Visitors interacted with a wide range of cutting-edge technologies: from custom skin care devices (pods), AI-based products and hair care analyzers (smart combs), to beauty apps, mirrors virtual and skin mapping devices.
The international beauty fair celebrated its 25th edition with a perfume contest with direct visitors involvement.
Seventeen major international fragrance companies created their perfume for Beautyworld Middle East. Visitors tested the 17 interpretations - displayed in unbranded bottles - and voted for the perfume they think best represented the event. On the back of each bottle a label that tells the story of the manufacturer, the olfactory notes and the reason why that fragrance represents the spirit of Beautyworld Middle East.

Out of a shortlist of 57 finalists for 13 categories, Beautyworld Middle East Awards 2021 awarded the awards for career, best marketing campaign, innovation of the year, natural product, niche product, cult classic, star emerging, talented and best perfumer. The list of winners.
Beautyworld Middle East in Dubai once again confirms itself as the leading event in the field of Beauty and Wellness in a rapidly growing market of the cosmetics sector in the Middle East which, according to an estimate by Goldstein Research - Middle East Cosmetics Market, is expected to reach a value of $ 32.2 billion in 2025.
